I am a strong believer in the power of the mind and the body’s ability to heal it’s self and what works. (Colon Hydro-therapy works). In the year 2002 I had a muscular pain that refused to go away even with medical interventions. I used enema and made a slight change to my diet to set the balance and become well again. I became curious and got more involved with self studies of how the whole body can be helped to prevent a break down to the point of medical intervention. I have used enema in several occasions but colonic is more comfortable, hygienic and holistic in result. That was how I began this journey into natural healing.
I have had the opportunities of receiving colon hydro-therapy treatments, and it brought back the spring of youth into my life. It cleaned me out (body, mind and soul).I believe it to be one of the ultimate tools to mechanically support the colon in it’s elimination of wastes and support of a healthy function of the whole body without the use of drug. In addition we need to combine this with good nutrition and an active life style.
I want to spread the good news and urge all to get involved in re-education of self for a more healthy and happy future. ‘Life is sweet when we discover her little secrets such as clean water as nature intended’.
