As an integrative holistic health practitioner, I truly believe that each person is unique, valuable and beautiful. My Mantra is “Your health is your wealth!” by Ralph Waldo Emerson and as such I value each clients decision to invest in their well-being and be guided within my professional remit to establish a tailor-made programme for each individual and refer-on to other allopathic and complementary bodies when outside of my qualifications.
My intention is to be fully prepared and present for my clients during every visit so they feel safe, appreciated and heard. As the healing process unfolds and the inner healer emerges, it is my intention to listen and watch carefully for what may be underlying the physical symptoms -unspoken emotions, organs in need of support, physical or hormonal imbalances. With this intention a plan can be implemented to help mind, body and spirit grow.
My clients complete a comprehensive questionnaire, this will address the person as a “whole” including health needs, lifestyle, stress emotional factors, diet and nutrition.
I respect that it is their involvement in their own treatment which best supports an outcome of enhanced well-being.
Achieving optimum nutrition with the use of diet, lifestyle change and high quality supplements and restoring bowel function with Colonic Hydrotherapy will encourage maximum assimilation and absorption of nutrients and eliminate toxins to enable the bodies natural healing.
I want to help my clients to understand that you can put the fun back into eating, introduce super nutrients that will improve your whole body and mind so that you can feel energized, youthful and above all optimize on the life they deserve!
