As a client first and foremost and then as a therapist, I have been on quite a journey through the last 10 years - from suffering with severe digestive problems, leading then to chronic fatigue and then fibromyalgia.
After much time spent in hospitals, I decided to read into my health issues and through educating myself about my body then decided to see a nutritional therapist and a colon hydrotherapist.
My whole world as I knew it would never be the same again. During and after going through these processes I felt better than I ever thought possible, not just out of illness but actually energetic and happy.
My path then changed from happy client to a determined therapist. I felt blessed of the journey that I had been on to develop a healthy relationship with body and felt it was my life’s duty to help people on their journey to health and happiness, and tTo turn the negative things in their life into to a positive.
With my partner being a brilliant Chiropractor, I have quickly realised the need for us to EAT WELL, THINK WELL and MOVE WELL in order to achieve our goal of optimum health and happiness.
This is what I offer to my clients. Through body work to improve movement, detoxification and digestive re-balancing through colon hydrotherapy and dietary advice and helping clients understand the importance of their emotional needs too.
