Because of my early career in industry and commerce, I experienced first hand the effects of stress and how this had an impact on the health of different individuals. Later, my interest in healthcare became more focused on Complementary Medicine. This lead to taking various courses in Aromatherapy, Ayurvedic Principles, Flower Essences, Crystal Healing, Spiritual Healing, Counselling and Stress Management and also training as a Samaritan.
After moving to Lincolnshire I achieved my ambition and graduated with a BSc (Honours) Degree in Western Herbal Medicine at the University of Lincoln. I have since taken several courses in diet & nutrition and herbal courses including The Herbal Treatment Protocols of Cancer. In 2008 I qualified as a Colonic Hydrotherapist and became more involved with Detox Programmes and Candida treatment. Currently I am studying Naturopathy and Advanced Corporate Stress Management, to further improve my skills and the services I provide to my clients.
