After spending 20 years in the nursing profession, I trained as a massage therapist and began practising in a Natural Health clinic in Cheshire, building up a solid client base.

I had always had an interest in nutrition and digestive health and had felt the amazing benefits of colonic hydrotherapy for myself. I went onto train as a colon therapist in London and began practising three and half years ago. I now combine deep tissue massage, manual lymphatic drainage and colonic hydrotherapy and have established myself as part of a thriving natural health clinic, which offers a wide range of therapies.

My clients complete a comprehensive questionnaire on health issues, lifestyle, diet and emotional health. I offer a safe, relaxed and dignified environment and I strive very hard to ensure each client leaves the clinic feeling they have received the highest standard of care.

I work closely with colleagues in the clinic such as nutritionist, herbalist and reflexologist to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

My nursing background enables me to discuss various health concerns with confidence but also arms me with the knowledge to know when a client may need further investigations.

My firm belief is that the body has an innate ability to heal itself given the right environment and I base every treatment around this belief. I allow clients to take responsibility for their own health and well being and hopefully enjoy healthier, fitter lifestyles with all the benefits, both physical and emotional that this brings.
