My first experience with Colon Hydrotherapy was in 2003 in Bangkok where I lived at that time. For as long as I knew I suffered from constipation, headaches, mood swings, runny nose and skin problems. I was introduced to the concept of body detoxification and did a 7 day detox including 3 colon hydrotherapy sessions. Well, I have never looked back again. It literally changed my life instantly and forever.
From that moment onwards I started taking an active interest in my own and other people’s health and subsequently obtained several diplomas in Nutrition & various massage techniques.
Through my career in the Spa & Hospitality Industry, I have been extremely fortunate to have lived & worked in many fascinating places in the world, and because of this I have met various people of different backgrounds and cultures. No matter where you are in this world though, many people suffer from either overweigh and/or health problems but unfortunately very few make a link between their digestive health and their current state of health.
Through my own experience and hearing the stories of many others, I am convinced that a healthy digestive system is the beginning to a healthy and happy life.
During my therapy sessions it is my goal to combine my body work, nutrition and colon hydrotherapy knowledge and experience to help & educate others and to convince them that quality of life really can be improved by looking after your digestive health. Once that is functioning well the rest will follow!
