I have worked in therapies since 2002 working in Colon Hydrotherapy, Reflexology and Reiki. I came across Colon Hydrotherapy as it was always something I wanted to try as I had read about its many health benefits. I had no presenting conditions but liked the thought of feeling cleansed and no matter how much water I drank my skin never seemed to look or feel any more hydrated.
After having a course of 5 to 6 treatments and following a detox plan I found that I became energised and could think more clearly, I had no cravings as I previously had before having the treatment and at last my skin felt and looked hydrated! I lost weight that I had not been able to shift since having my children without even trying. My stomach was flat and I was having regular bowel movements twice a day instead of just once every other day! I also had the pleasure of feeling rejuvenated and a wonderful sense of wellbeing. Wow! I thought that if this could help me when I was not showing any signs of ill health imagine what it could do to help others who were feeling sick!
Colon Hydrotherapy is an amazing treatment whether you are just wanting to give yourself a health boost or maintenance or to aid with an existing bowel condition. My clients range from aged 17 to 84 years old with problems such as IBS, Psoriasis, Colitis, Cancer, Allergies, Constipation..... the list is endless! Together we work towards promoting health and preventing disease. I help my clients look at how they can make changes with nutrition advice and detox plans.
