I have always been interested in the field of medical / health and making a positive contribution to improving one’s health and lifestyle. After leaving school i studied nursing and after obtaining my qualifications and experiencing a number of years in the hospital wards,

Later I moved into an office role for a private medical aid provider. Being one of these people without any serious health problems other than the usual tiredness, low energy levels at times and suffering the odd cold and flu, and having spent my career dealing with the “effects” of disease, I began to search for alternative ways to aid disease prevention and improve one’s vitality and lifestyle.

Numerous books on nutrition and healthy living, organic living and my first colonic treatment opened my eye. I was amazed at the results and realized the need for colonic hydrotherapy and the potential impact it can have on vitality and healthy living. My passion was ignited and my calling found. A relocation from South Africa to London to further my studies and gain the necessary qualifications and experience followed. It has been an amazing experience and is the beginning of a continued developmental journey in this and related areas.

My aim is to help people improve their quality of life through education, professional colonic practices and making positive changes to their everyday lives. In this toxic world of today I believe colon hydrotherapy has a major role to play in helping people to remove toxins from their bodies, live healthier lives and help to reintroduce one of the most fundamental and neglected elements back into their lives - water!
