A healthy digestion is key to good health and often people seek out colon hydrotherapy as a first step in taking control of their own health.
Colon Hydrotherapy is not a quick fix detox, it is a tool which can be used in conjunction with good diet and food supplementation to achieve results. I enjoy taking clients through this process. I use a gravity fed closed system together with colon massage and will always provide aftercare advice. I am continually researching and expanding my knowledge to pass onto my clients and am currently studying diet and nutrition. I am also a very keen 'juicer' as you can't beat a daily freshly made juice towards your 5 a day!
Previously from a pharmaceutical background, I believe natural therapies and medical science can work together and often we have a choice to use one or the other or both. For me, Colon Hydrotherapy is one of the best alternative treatments as I know it works!
